Overview

Anne Marie’s House, LLC and our affiliates (collectively, Anne Marie’s House, “us”, “we”, or “our”) are providing this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) with respect to all of our Services, all of which are hosted in the United States. This Privacy Policy describes our collection, use and disclosure of information that we receive when you use our Services. All terms used in this Privacy Policy that are not defined herein have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Use.

Privacy Policy Updates. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our information practices by updating this page and the Privacy Policy effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after the date the Privacy Policy is changed (or the posted effective date, if later) will constitute your acceptance and agreement to such changes.

Information Collection
Information You Provide. When using the Services, you may provide information about yourself, including name, address, telephone number, email address, and payment details in connection with a potential transaction. You may provide this information, for example, when you post User Submissions, request products, services or communication with a Vendor, or complete other forms. In addition, if you are a Vendor, you may provide information about yourself or company, including for example, details to complete your account, User Submissions, and reference information.

Usage Data. Our servers automatically record usage log data created when you use the Services. Usage log data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring web page, visited web pages, location, mobile carrier, computer or mobile device type, search terms and cookie information.

Cookie Data. Cookies (small data files that can be transferred to your electronic device to uniquely identify your browser) are used by the Services to connect your activity on the Services with other information we store about you from prior usage of the Services. For example, the use of cookies allows us to improve our Services by tracking saved searches, understanding your use of various features and functionality, measuring the effectiveness of advertising and otherwise creating a consistent user experience for you. At any time, you may adjust your browser settings to delete existing cookies, or refuse new cookies, according to the method permitted by your browser. If you choose to disable cookies, some of the Services may not operate properly.

Our service providers and advertising networks use cookies, web beacons or similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Services (including mobile applications) and your online activities over time and across different web sites. The use of cookies or similar technologies by our service providers and advertising networks is not covered by our Privacy Policy. Your browser may offer you a “Do Not Track” option, which allows you to signal to operators of websites and other properties that you do not wish such operators to track certain of your online activities. Our Services do not support Do Not Track requests at this time.

Disclosure of Information

Consent. When you consent or direct Anne Marie’s House to share your information. For example, if you choose to contact a Vendor through the Services, we may provide information to that vendor.

Business Transaction. If Anne Marie’s House becomes party to a merger, acquisition, joint venture, sale or pledge of assets, securities offering, bankruptcy, reorganization, liquidation, dissolution or other transaction or if the ownership of all or substantially all of our business changes, we may share or transfer your information to a third party or parties in connection therewith.

Disclosure for Law and Investigations. Under certain circumstances, Anne Marie’s House may be required to disclose personally identifiable information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency); to investigate or enforce a potential violation of our Terms, policies and guidelines; to bill and collect amounts owed to us; to protect our rights, reputation, safety or property or that of users or others; and to address fraud, security or technical issues.

Your California Privacy Rights
Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code permits California residents to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information about the types of personal information the business has shared with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year. General Information

Security of Data. We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. However, no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the protection of any information shared with us.

Analytics. We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Services.

Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity. Third-Party Websites. Our Services may contain links to other websites and services. Any information that you provide to such a third-party is provided directly to the owner or operator of the website or service and is subject to that party’s privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to such websites or services, and we’re not responsible for their content, privacy or security practices and policies. To protect your information we recommend that you carefully review the privacy policies of other websites and services that you access.

Children’s Privacy. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16 without parent or guardian permission. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers as soon as practicable.
